IFTAR MEET

 An Iftar Meet was organized at SUM College on 27th February 2026 at 6:00 PM in the evening. The event was conducted in a spirit of unity, harmony, and togetherness, bringing together staff members, students, and union representatives. The program was inaugurated by Mr. Bujir Wafi, who formally commenced the gathering with an inspiring address. Dr. Jaysree C.V., Mr. T.P. On 26th February 2026, the fourth semester students of SUM College of Teacher Education organized a Special School Visit as part of their practical exposure and community engagement programme. The visit aimed to understand the functioning of special schools, the teaching-learning strategies adopted for children with special needs, and to interact with teachers and students. The students were divided department-wise and visited different special schools. The English Department visited Shanthideepam Special School, Chala. The Physical Science Department visited Jaycee Special School, Dharmadam. The Social Science Department visited Ashrayam Special School Thottada.
