THOUGHT OF THE DAY -24/02/2026

  The morning assembly held on 24th February 2026 was organized by Mathematics department. The programme began with a prayer. The assembly was coordinated by Abhina, who ensured the smooth flow of the programme. The news headlines were presented by Anuvrindha. She shared important national and international updates, helping everyone stay informed about current events. The thought for the day was delivered by Sangeerthana on the topic “The Power of Consistency.” She spoke about how consistent efforts, even small ones, lead to great achievements over time. She emphasized that success is not the result of one big action but the outcome of regular dedication and hard work. Her inspiring message motivated everyone to remain focused and committed to their goals. The assembly was concluded by the coordinator.

ONE DAY TRAINING PROGRAM

 A one day training programme on “Practical Strategies for Handling Children with Disabilities” was organized with the objective of equipping stuy with effective classroom management techniques and inclusive practices. The session was handled by Thushara Kiran TK, Special Educator at Inspire, Kadirur. The programme was highly informative and interactive, providing practical insights into working with children having diverse learning needs. The session began with an introduction to different types of disabilities commonly seen in classrooms.  Several practical strategies were discussed during the training. The programme included various engaging tasks and activities. Participants were divided into groups and given case studies of children with different disabilities. 

TWO DAYS WORKSHOP -Understanding self

  A two-day workshop on the topic “Understanding Self” was conducted by Pradeepan Maloth , counsellor and soft skill trainer on 16/02/2026 and 17/02/2026. The workshop aimed at helping students develop self-awareness, understand their emotions, and improve their personal and professional growth. The sessions were highly interactive and created a comfortable space for students to express themselves freely. The two-day workshop was inspiring and transformative. It helped students gain a deeper understanding of themselves, build confidence, manage emotions effectively, and develop a positive outlook towards life. The practical activities, meditation sessions, and motivational insights shared by the resource person made the workshop meaningful and impactful.

VALENTINE'S DAY CELEBRATION

 The Valentine’s Day celebration was held on 13/02/2026 in the afternoon session . The programme was organized to promote love, friendship, unity, and togetherness among students. There were Letter Writing Competition for students. Also there were games, dances, ramp walk by students. The Valentine’s Day celebration concluded successfully, leaving behind sweet memories and strengthening the bond of friendship among students.

FOOD FEST 2026

 The Food Fest was successfully conducted on 13/02/2026 with great enthusiasm and active participation from all students. The event brought together both first-year and second-year students, who jointly organized and served a variety of delicious dishes. The fest was inaugurated by Dr. CV Jayasree, Principal. A wide range of food items, including traditional and modern dishes, were prepared and served by the students.   The Food Fest turned out to be a grand success, creating joyful moments and memorable experiences for everyone present.

The assembly was coordinated by Aiswarya MK, who ensured the smooth flow of the programme. The news presentation was delivered by Shyamili A, who informed the students about important current events, helping them stay aware of what is happening around the world. The Thought of the Day was presented by Anaswar Prasannan on the topic “International Day of Women and Girls in Science.” The thought highlighted the importance of encouraging women and girls to participate in science and technology, emphasizing equality, innovation, and empowerment. He mentioned about the Jain Goodal and Vijaya Jagannath and their contributions. The assembly concluded on an inspiring note by the coordinator.
