 The Students’ Union organised a vibrant Valentine's Day celebration on February 14th, bringing together students and faculty for an evening filled with joy and entertainment. The event began with a warm welcome by Theertha, setting an enthusiastic tone for the festivities. Nysha Renjith, the event coordinator, ensured the smooth execution of the program. The felicitation ceremony was graced by Dr. C. V. Jayasree, Principal, and George Joseph, who highlighted the significance of love, friendship, and togetherness in student life. The celebration featured an energetic dance performances and song performances that captivated the audience, followed by two exciting competitions, the movie scene recreation competition and letter writing competition. The event concluded on a joyous note, leaving participants with cherished memories.

  The much-anticipated Food Fest was held on 14/02/2025  bringing together food lovers, culinary enthusiasts, and students for a day of gastronomic delight. The event was inaugurated by Ahammadkutty Master, Manager, SUMCTE, who addressed the audience and highlighted the importance of food festivals in fostering cultural exchange and culinary innovation.   The festival featured a wide array of food stalls offering traditional and fusion dishes. Students and faculty members actively participated in the event by preparing and showcasing their culinary skills. Visitors from the neighborhood also attended the event, adding to the festive atmosphere. Their participation enriched the event.  The event was praised for its organization and variety of offerings, making it a memorable experience for all. Overall, the Food Fest of 2025 was a resounding success, reflecting the enthusiasm and teamwork of the SUMCTE community in celebrating the joy of food and culture.
