THOUGHT OF THE DAY - 14/01/2026


The morning assembly on 14/01/2026 was conducted by the Natural Science Department. The programme began with a prayer, creating a calm and positive atmosphere. The assembly was coordinated by Nithya MT. The news presentation was delivered by Ayana V Murali, who briefed the gathering on important current events.

The Thought of the Day was presented by Aiswarya MK on the topic “The Voice of the Western Ghats.” In her talk, she highlighted the ecological significance of the Western Ghats, the rich biodiversity it supports, and the urgent need for conservation. She also spoke about Madhav Gadgil and his contributions, referring to the Gadgil Committee and its recommendations for the sustainable development and protection of the Western Ghats. Her thought inspired students to develop environmental awareness and responsibility. The assembly concluded with a message emphasizing the importance of protecting nature and living in harmony with the environment.
